The Droz Group
recognizes that the influence of professional, trade, civic associations
and foundations on public policy has increased dramatically in the last
30 years.
We believe that
the nature and function of associations and organizations will be substantially
different in the next few years. Successful organizations will be required
to adapt to this change and provide the following:
- Management of
information and data resources for their members,
- Education and
training in a manner that will be utilized by the member of the future,
- Utilization of
the technological resources of the future to provide the most cost-effective
communication methods available.
Paralleling this
growth has been the increase in:
- INCREASING GOVERNMENTAL
REGULATION
- GROWING NEED
TO INCORPORATE NEW COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY
- RISING COSTS
of CONVENTIONS, MEETINGS and CONFERENCES
Our goal at The Droz Group
is to provide the administrative, planning and service functions necessary
to allow each association to accomplish its specific goals.
The Droz Group's unique strength
is assisting its clients to identify, plan and implement effective strategies
that will influence public opinion and policy; to increase membership;
and to persuade decision-making agencies. The Droz Group anticipates and informs
the clients of future developments in these areas by continuously monitoring
current trends in health care, the legislature, business, and public policy.
We offer guidance to our clients so that they may proactively position
themselves in their changing professional environments.
The Droz Group recognizes that
in today's associations, volunteers have more personal and job related
responsibility and, therefore, less time to do the day to day work of
the association. The Droz Group's professional staff enables the association to get
the work done so the volunteers can concentrate on developing policy,
educating their members and creating meaningful information that is useful
to their constituents. The Droz Group has developed a unique system of providing
management services to give clients the support to do this valuable work.
The Droz Group's organizational
structure is designed to provide effective and cost-efficient client services.
There are six service divisions within The Droz Group; each is staffed by experienced
professionals. The divisions are designed to provide support services
to the individual client Account Executive and ultimately to the client.
The six service divisions are as follows:
- Financial Services
- Membership/Client
Services
- Management Information
Services
- Publications
and Marketing
- Conferences,
