Conference and Meeting Management

The Droz Group has had extensive experience in coordinating conferences, meetings and event logistics. Our unique style of developing and managing such events has been a trademark of The Droz Group since the company's inception. Our goal is to provide our clients with turnkey-style meetings. It is our responsibility to guarantee the integrity of each and every event and thus insure that the participants conduct their business without regard for logistical issues.

The Droz Group clients are provided the same efficiency and quality as has been provided to the many major logistical events that have been managed by The Droz Group In 1986, the firm was retained to manage "HandsAcrossAmerica." In 1988, The Droz Group was retained by the Democratic National Committee to manage the logistics and organization of the Chairman and the National Democratic Party at the 1988 National Convention in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Droz Group President Fred Droz has provided logistical arrangements for former President Jimmy Carter, Vice-President Walter Mondale, Vice-President Hubert H. Humphrey, and was appointed the first Trip Director for Vice-Presidential Candidate Geraldine Ferraro.

The Droz Group will provide the following services:

  • Coordination of registration materials (name badges, attendee lists, pocket schedule, handouts, signage, etc) and on-site computerized registration
  • Coordination and production of speaker information and materials
  • Production of a master schedule
  • Design and development of conference materials (Conference Program Book, Abstract Book, etc.)
  • Coordination of decorations, awards, receptions, hospitality etc.
  • Coordination and production of all association business and governance materials and communications

The Droz Group is able to obtain substantial savings for clients on room rates and airfare due to the volume of meeting business that we do. Through aggressive marketing campaigns and strong relationships with corporate supporters, The Droz Group has been able to triple and in some cases quadruple the number of companies exhibiting at our clients’ meetings. In addition, all of our clients have continued to experience continued growth in numbers of meeting attendees while other associations are seeing gradual declines.
