Principles and Philosophy

We believe in the intrinsic need for volunteer, non-profit associations and organizations in our society and the substantial value they contribute.

Therefore, we believe that volunteer organizations are entitled to and require professional management services that are based upon sound business principles. Further, we believe that non-profits are a public trust and should be highly accountable to their membership. Their management, in turn, should be highly accountable to their elected leadership.

Our goal at The Droz Group is to provide the administrative, planning and service functions necessary to allow each association to accomplish its goals.

Whether as a professional nurse, doctor, allied health professional, or trade group that is attempting to raise the standards of your profession,

Or, a group of business people in a particular industry who are attempting to establish some professional standards and education.

Or, a group of citizens that have come together to provide assistance or support to others who are mutually affected.

Our goal is to provide the base, the foundation to allow you to do what you do best; develop policy, educate yourselves and your members, educate the public and your constituencies, and provide a societal benefit to the public policy process in the country.

The Droz Group manages non-profit associations as a business. We expect and do make a profit from our work. Profit alone, however, is not an adequate motivation for remaining in the association management business. We believe the work we do has rewards beyond the payroll.

The Droz Group provides the special commitment to our clients that enables them to grow and prosper. We provide high-quality services and we have a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
